We offer a variety of group classes on both a rotating and set schedule. Every class provides powerful training tools and can be a useful supplement to your personalized training program. If you would like a personalized program, Krisen, Lindsay, and Jamie teach private and duet lessons which are pre-scheduled and depend on when you and your teacher can meet.

Pilates mat classes combine the core strength, flexibility, and toning of Pilates with personalized movement analysis. As a beginner, you will be introduced to the basic Pilates concepts and exercises while addressing any rehabilitation needs that may prevent you from moving into a more advanced practice. Every 4 weeks the focus of the class changes based on you and your classmates' needs to ensure that a variety of needs are met. Balls, magic circles, foam rollers, bands, and mats are provided.

Group Reformer Classes take place on the Pilates apparatus called the Reformer. The class flows with a sequence of exercises that use the springs, pulleys, and straps of the machine to assist or resist all movements. These classes are a great way to build on concepts learned in mat classes and to advance workouts for students who are familiar with the Reformer. Reformer classes require that you first go through three private lessons to learn equipment safety & the basic exercises before entering the group setting. Class size is limited to four. Call, email, or sign-up at The Fix prior to attending class.

Stretch focuses on increasing mobility in each of your joints so your entire body feels more mobile. Class begins with a Pilates based warm-up and continues on to stretch all of the major muscles groups as well as the smaller muscles that work to support and stabilize your body. The classes will give attention to areas that are commonly tight from stress, exercise, and work. You may come to class with specific requests to help guide the class to fit your needs.

Nia is a Fusion Fitness Movement class that moves your body in your body's way. The class has essences of Healing, Martial and Dance Arts. Eclectic international music is used to enhance feelings of pleasure and joy in your spirit, soul and body. It's a celebration of your life!
ZUMBA

Zumba is a fusion of Latin dance moves and aerobic stepping. The class is set to Latin and world music with motivating beats. Class starts with simple patterns of steps and over the course of class builds on those patterns. This is a fun and energetic class guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
FUNDAMENTALS OF ARGENTINE TANGO

The technique of the fundamentals of the lead and follow of tango will be covered. Included are: back and front ochos, giros, walking, the cross, boleos, the embrace. The intermediate class utilizes the skills learned in this class.
INTERMEDIATE TANGO

The focus will be on teaching tiny gems that you can add to your dance to make it more interesting and to add depth. The technique learned in fundamentals will be stressed as well.

Think you can't hula hoop, think again. Hula hooping is back and better than ever!!! The new larger, weighted hoops create success for everyone. Regardless of age, size or rhythmic ability, hooping is an activity that most everyone can enjoy. It's a low impact, high cardio activity that strengthens your core, tones your entire body, increases energy and flexibility and is so much FUN you won't want to stop! We will introduce dynamic flow and new moves that will take you beyond the basics in each class.
This class is suitable for complete beginners to anyone who enjoys hooping and would like to learn more. Professional adult hula hoops will be provided for class (bring your own if you have one) and there will be hoops available to purchase. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your space early. Drop ins are welcome - not encouraged.

An amazing Hooper!
If you already know how to hoop and an "Amazing Hooper" wannabe lives inside of you, this Level 2 class is for you!!! In this class you will learn to incorporate horizontal and vertical planes and add dimension to your movement. You will experience a deepening of your body
awareness and connection enhancing your grace and flow. We will introduce different moves and flows in each class.
This class is suitable for anyone with confidence in hooping to more advanced hoopers. YOGA FOR EMOTIONAL HEALING

$200 for 8 week workshop.
This workshop includes eight 90 minute classes plus a one hour pre-workshop meeting with the instructor. This workshop series is designed to support participants in fostering self-care and self-love. Practices are drawn from the Integral yoga and Ayuverdic yoga traditions and are taught in a trauma-sensitive framework. The pre-course meeting with Joann is required and included in the cost. Tracy Carroll, a Reiki Master Teacher and Certified EFT Practitioner, will help you answer this question using EFT. This class will introduce you to ETF (emotional freedom technique or "tapping") if you are new. If you are already familiar with EFT, Tracy will help you continue to identify and remove the barriers to your success and help you work on your specific issues.

Integrated Core Training with Stability Balls is a holistic approach to fitness training, injury prevention, and movement re-education. Drawing on the latest sports medicine and sport performance concepts, participants will learn how to safely use stability balls and body weight exercises to realign posture, improve flexibility, strength and movement efficiency. Particular attention is paid to proper exercise technique, biomechanical alignment and muscle activation patterns.

Strengthen and tone your entire body using hand weights and your own body weight. Movements flow from one muscle group to the next in order to maintain a steady, moderate heart rate throughout the class. Movements are easily individualized to accommodate all fitness levels. Kettlebell workouts have cardiovascular, resistance, and weight control benefits. Each lifts multi-planar movements parallel the activities of daily living, and the emphasis on core strength makes it a safe progression to your Pilates and yoga classes. Classes begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by skills practice, and power endurance training.
AWESOME ABS

A 30 min abdominal workout that focuses on your core strength. TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

Total Body Circuit is a highly effective class that will challenge your total body by alternating cardiovascular and muscle conditioning segments. SPRING BREAKIN (BOOTCAMP)

This is a 3 class workshop that will help you leave winter behind and get ready for Spring! This is an inclusive session that blends strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration.
