We offer a variety of group classes on both a rotating and set schedule. Every class provides powerful training tools and can be a useful supplement to your personalized training program. If you would like a personalized program, Krisen teaches private and duet lessons which are pre-scheduled and depend on when you and Krisen can meet.

Pilates mat classes combine the core strength, flexibility, and toning of Pilates with personalized movement analysis. As a beginner, you will be introduced to the basic Pilates concepts and exercises while addressing any rehabilitation needs that may prevent you from moving into a more advanced practice. Every 4 weeks the focus of the class changes based on you and your classmates' needs to ensure that a variety of needs are met. Balls, magic circles, foam rollers, bands, and mats are provided.

Group Reformer Classes take place on the Pilates apparatus called the Reformer. The class flows with a sequence of exercises that use the springs, pulleys, and straps of the machine to assist or resist all movements. These classes are a great way to build on concepts learned in mat classes and to advance workouts for students who are familiar with the Reformer. Reformer classes require that you first go through three private lessons to learn equipment safety & the basic exercises before entering the group setting. Class size is limited to four. Call, email, or sign-up at The Fix prior to attending class.

FUNDAMENTALS OF ARGENTINE TANGO

The technique of the fundamentals of the lead and follow of tango will be covered. Included are: back and front ochos, giros, walking, the cross, boleos, the embrace. The intermediate class utilizes the skills learned in this class.
INTERMEDIATE TANGO

The focus will be on teaching tiny gems that you can add to your dance to make it more interesting and to add depth. The technique learned in fundamentals will be stressed as well.

Join the Lindy League on 4th Saturdays as they bring swing to The Fix! If you are new to partnered dancing and/or swing, the 7:30-8:00 mini lesson will give you some basic swing moves so you can try out your dancing shoes at the 8:00-11:00 dance that follows. The joint will be jumping as DJs C Jam (Camille Fontanella) and Raggmopp (Mark O. Page) spin the jazz. It is a friendly crowd who want to share the fabulous music and moves that make swing dancing so much fun.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin dance moves and aerobic stepping. The class is set to Latin and world music with motivating beats. Class starts with simple patterns of steps and over the course of class builds on those patterns. This is a fun and energetic class guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
HOOP FIT AND FLOW

Think you can't hula hoop, think again. Hula hooping is back and better than ever!!! The new larger, weighted hoops create success for everyone. Regardless of age, size or rhythmic ability, hooping is an activity that most everyone can enjoy. It's a low impact, high cardio activity that strengthens your core, tones your entire body, increases energy and flexibility and is so much FUN you won't want to stop! We will introduce dynamic flow and new moves that will take you beyond the basics in each class.
This class is suitable for complete beginners to anyone who enjoys hooping and would like to learn more. Professional adult hula hoops will be provided for class (bring your own if you have one) and there will be hoops available to purchase. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your space early. Drop ins are welcome - not encouraged.

NIA is a fusion fitness movement class that moves your body in your body's way. The class has essences of healing, martial, and dance arts. Eclectic international music is used to enhance feelings of pleasure and joy in your spirit, soul, and body. It's a celebration of your life!

The original karate exercises (kata) develop softness, timing, the proper use of power, flexibility, resilience, balance and stability, in a controlled and healthy way. We maintain a class environment and teaching method that reflects and promotes these attributes. Classes are a cooperative effort to develop a healthy way of living. Children over 10 learn alongside adults with age-appropriate modifications. This is not a competition oriented form.

Kripalu Yoga classes stretch, strengthen and balance the body, while focusing the mind and touching the spirit. Students leave glowing, calm and energized. Through breathwork, postures and meditation, students de-stress, practice compassionate self-acceptance, and cultivate energy, vitality and radiant health. Benefits include strengthening and toning, increased flexibility, concentration and greater emotional steadiness. Each class concludes with deep relaxation to integrate what has been learned. Many students find they apply what they learn on the mat to life challenges outside of class.

Integrated Core Training with Stability Balls is a holistic approach to fitness training, injury prevention, and movement re-education. Drawing on the latest sports medicine and sport performance concepts, participants will learn how to safely use stability balls and body weight exercises to realign posture, improve flexibility, strength and movement efficiency. Particular attention is paid to proper exercise technique, biomechanical alignment and muscle activation patterns.

Kettlebell workouts have cardiovascular, resistance, and weight control benefits. Each lifts' multiplanar movements parallel the activities of daily living, and the emphasis on core strength makes it a safe progression to your Pilates and yoga classes. Classes begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by skills practice, and power endurance training. The introduction class is required, before starting any other kettlebell class.
