Your instructor will pair you with another student with whom you will share the lesson. It is assumed that both students have basic knowledge of the concepts and equipment used in their programs.

Independent Workouts do not need to be pre-scheduled; however, if you want to be guaranteed that the studio is open with equipment available, it is recommended. Single workout purchases expire in 6 months.

Independent Workout (1 hour) assumes you have no need for a teacher. The studio is available to you for the purpose of practicing any of the programs that have been designed for you. In most cases, a teacher will be available for questions.
